• About Environmental Engineering

  Some owners prefer to construct or modify their facilities utilizing one source for the design development and the construction. This method of construction allows the owner more input during the design phase and allows the project to be built faster due to overlapping of construction and design phases. Many owners prefer to use one Design Build Vendor for all of their work. This allows the owner to develop a high level of trust with the design/build contractor and ultimately saves money particularly in the event of the need for many buildings that are similar or identical.

  Environmental Engineering has on staff engineers with the experience necessary to analyze the owners needs and recommend the system that will best meet those needs. We have successfully designed and built buildings ranging from small dining halls to 1.5 million square feet distribution centers. We perform all of our design work using the latest version of Auto-Cad and have full plot capabilities.
